Senior Year Guide

A guide to get the most out of your senior year.

Be organized

Assignment after assignment it gets hard to keep track of everything that is due. Being organized will help you keep things together and in order. A couple ideas on how to be organized include: using a planner, using a color-coded folder system, or even making a list of things that need to be prioritize that day or that week.

 Work hard play hard

In your last year of high school is very important to take your schoolwork seriously. Setting specific times to study is a great way to get all your studying and work done, but at the same time still have plenty of time to have fun and enjoy your senior year.

Get your college apps in early

Getting your college applications submitted early gives you time to apply to more schools before the deadline. The earlier you process, the better chances you have of receiving an early response. Applying early also helps you narrow down your selections.

 Get involved

With everything going on senior year you might find it hard to find time to get involved. Making time to join school activities or volunteering at a local place, will not only make you more well rounded on college applications, but it will help you meet new people before school ends.

 Make memories

Last but not least make as much memories as possible. Take tons of pictures, years from now you will look back and remember all the fun times you had, with all the incredible people who surround you right now.
